Premises dedicated to journalism training
The EJDG's continuing education programs are organized at theInstitut de la communication et des médias (ICM) in Échirolles. These premises, dedicated to journalism, include computer workshops, newsrooms, as well as radio studios, a TV set and video editing booths.
New media
For several years now, the EJDG has been training its students in new journalism practices. To this end, it brings in specialists in webdocumentary, datajournalism, webreportage, etc. Several of the school'smultimedia productions have been broadcast on news websites such as LeMonde.fr, Liberation.fr, LesInrocks.com, Dauphine.com...etc.
Grenoble School of Journalism
The Grenoble School of Journalism, jointly owned by the former Stendhal University and Sciences Po Grenoble since the start of the 2014 academic year, is home to one of the 14 journalism training courses recognized by the profession (CPNEJ), and the only one in Rhône-Alpes. The EJDG relies on a teaching team made up of permanent teacher-researchers and some forty local and national media professionals who run workshops on various journalistic techniques and writing.
