Administrative registration

The second web-based administrative registration period will take place :
  • from August 20 to September 12, 2025 for registration in 1st year (L1)
  • from August 20 to September 15, 2025 for registration in2nd and3rd years (L2 and L3)
  • from August 20 to September 15, 2025for registration in 1st year Master's program (M1)
  • from August 20 to September 30, 2025 for registration in the 2nd year Master's program (M2)

Step 1

Only for L2, L3 and M2 students coming to UGA in 2025-2026: you must confirm the opinion of the admissions committee on the application eCandidat. Administrative registration will be possible 24 hours after your confirmation.

Step 2

This year, in order to register at our school, you must pay the following fees from July 1 first and foremost Student and Campus Life Contribution (CVEC).
All the information about this are available online. This action will enable you to obtain a certificate that is essential, even for scholarship holders, to proceed with your administrative registration.

Step 3

You must then complete your administrative registration by paying your registration fees online. Procedures differ depending on your situation (1st registration, registration renewal, special case):

Case 1: you are registering for the first time at UGA

Case 2: you have already registered at UGA and have a UGA student number

Case 3: special public
