You will need your application ID to register.

ParcourSup students: your identifier is your application number preceded by the letter P. Example: if your application number is XX1234YY, your identifier is P XX1234YY.
eCandidat students : your identifier is your application number preceded by EC. Example: your application number is 1YYR2Z8Z, your identifier is EC1YYR2Z8Z.
Mon Master students : your identifier is your application number preceded by M3. For example, if your application number is 12345678, your identifier is M312345678.

You have just completed your administrative registration at UFR LLASIC Grenoble. Your administrative registration will be completed once your supporting documents have been validated.

Supporting documents

Within 48 to 72 hours of registration, you will receive an e-mail containing a link to create a password. This will enable you to access the platform for submitting supporting documents: https://pjweb-uga.grenet.fr/pjweb-uga/page/login.jsf
It will also give you access to your personal intranet space (LEO): in this space, under the heading "MyWebFolder", you will find your school certificate and the statement of duties paid.
Concerning the passport photoIf you wish to send us a photo, please ensure that it is submitted in the correct format (.jpg or .png), otherwise it will be rejected (you can use the photo cropping tool available in the part description).

Once all your supporting documents have been validated, you will receive a QR Code on theCampus UGA application. This QR Code can be scanned on the terminal located in the Stendhal building in the South Hall from September onwards to print out your student card.
For Information-Communication students, once your supporting documents have been validated, your student card will be issued by the Registrar's Office in September.

Special features for distance DU FLE and distance master FLES students

Once you have been accepted by the committee, you will receive an e-mail containing the following information back-to-school guide to help you with your online registration. In particular, this guide explains the step-by-step registration procedure, fees, the organization of the new school year, and details for each course. Please follow the instructions given in this guide, which is specific to the distance learning system, carefully before you start. As part of the UGA/CNED partnership, you must register with both institutions.

Special features for CPGE students

Your student cards will be distributed to you at your lycée during specific office hours. In order to finalize your registration and receive your student card, you will need to provide us with the following documents, which can be deposited on our website https://pjweb-uga.grenet.fr/pjweb-uga/page/login.jsf :
- a photocopy of both sides of an identity document (ID card or passport)
- School certificate for the current year of your enrolment at the lycée
- a photocopy of both sides of the scholarship award (if applicable)

This applies to continuing education students, students on international exchange programs DU LSF, DU Violences verbales, double Licence Lettres-Management, Master Journalisme, Master CPI, international exchange students, students who applied via campus France.
You must complete your administrative registration in accordance with the instructions given to you when you booked your appointment.
