Exchange programs
Each year, the mobility campaign takes place at the beginning of the first half of the year, for departures the following year.
The central departments and each component organize information meetings to answer specific questions about the possibilities for departure, depending on your course of study. This is an opportunity to meet the members of the International Office who are attached to your course, and to find out about possible destinations, application procedures and the criteria that will be applied to your application for evaluation. Component workshops are also available to help you prepare your application.
Here are the main steps you need to take to prepare for your stay abroad as part of an exchange program. They should be carried out in the year preceding your departure:

There are a lot of frameworks and constraints to anticipate and respect. The application requires maturity and autonomy. Two essential qualities for successful international mobility!
Getting organized
The application must be submitted on time and according to the agreed criteria. A complete, well-prepared dossier that takes into account the advice of the support teams and the evaluation criteria will be a good dossier!
Individual travel
You can study abroad on your own own resources. This is a personal approach. You must contact the university in which you would like to study or contact the cultural department of the embassy of the country concerned for information on the various universities.
In this case, you will no longer be registered at UGA during your stay abroad. You will be enrolled at the foreign university of your choice, and will be considered a student of that university on the same basis as other students. You will receive a diploma from that university.
You won't be not eligible for mobility grants for international exchange students.
The H3S Faculty offers students enrolled in L3, M1, and M2 programs in ARSH, LLASIC, Medicine, Pharmacy, SHS, SoCLE, and STAPS the opportunity to receive funding for a mobility project in France or abroad.
