Withdrawal by proxy

You can appoint a third party to collect your diploma. By taking Appointments in Bâtiment Stendhal B, room B330

Required documents :

• Valid national identity card or passport of the authorized person.
• Photocopy of your valid national identity card or passport.
• Letter of proxy, dated and signed, specifying the identity of the person you are authorizing to collect your diploma.

Receipt by post

Diplomas can be sent by registered post. The request must be sent to the address : Required documents :

• Request form for withdrawal of diploma by correspondence, completed and signed
• Photocopy of your national identity card or passport
• A4 cardboard envelope (to prevent the diploma from being folded during transport), with your name and address, stamped for registered mail
• Registered delivery slip with acknowledgement of receipt to return your diploma (please note: international registered delivery slip for foreign countries).

Every year, we carry out surveys among our graduates, to track their progress from the time they entered university through to their professional integration.
