Courses

The presence of a compulsory internship, its duration and validation procedures are specified in your RDE.
All internships, whether compulsory or optional, must be covered by an internship agreement signed before the internship begins.
The internship agreement is a tripartite document that commits you, the host organization and the University.
It formalizes the conditions of the internship (duration, assignments, remuneration, supervision, etc.).

Steps for creating an internship agreement

A complete and validated agreement is the only guarantee of your coverage during the internship. We recommend that you take one month to finalize the process, from creation to signature by all parties, so don't wait until the last moment to draw it up.

Prepare the necessary information

  • The name of your course tutor
  • Information on the host organization (name, address, SIRET, etc.)
  • Nature of internship: Compulsory (credited in ECTS) or optional (non-credited)
  • Start and end dates
  • Gratuity, if applicable, and its amount
  • The identity of your tutor in the host organization

Entering your agreement in PStage

Agreements can be entered on thePStage application
At the end of input :
  • Download the generated agreement
  • Have it signed by the following 5 parties:
    • Your university tutor
    • Yourself
    • The legal representative of the host organization
    • The tutor in the host organization
    • UFR LLASIC management
Once signed by the first 4 parties, send the complete agreement to the school department for signature by the UFR management.
