Your student card gives you access to a wide range of university services (library, RU, schooling, etc.).
First registration at UGA
Once all of your supporting documents have been uploaded to the dedicated platform and approved by the Registrar’s Office, you will receive a QR code on the Campus UGA app that will allow you to pick up your student ID card on your own.
Download the Campus UGA app from your smartphone’s app store. You can then scan the QR code at the kiosk starting Monday, August 31.
Since the QR code depends on the submission and validation of supporting documents, we ask that you submit all requested documents as soon as possible.
Please note: This is not the same QR code issued by Parcoursup following your admission confirmation.
You will then need to scan the QR code at the kiosk located in:
Stendhal building, South Hall, in front of lecture hall 8
1491 rue des résidences
38400 Saint-Martin-d'Hères
Starting with the 2026–2027 academic year, the UGA will no longer provide stickers to update the academic year on student ID cards. If you need to prove your enrollment at the UGA, you will need to provide a certificate of enrollment, which is available on the LEO intranet or the Campus UGA app.
