Transfer departure

Would you like to register at another university? You need to request a transfer of your administrative file, which will be sent to your current university.
As soon as you have been accepted at the university of your choice, submit a transfer application file containing the following documents:

• Transfer / departure request form
• Library release (online form available on Beluga)

As a reminder, a request to transfer a file does not mean that you have been accepted by a university; you must have applied to the institution beforehand.

Requests for university transfers should be made from mid-June onwards, after publication of the results of the 1st session.
Please note: this transfer will only be made once to a single establishment. Incomplete applications cannot be processed.

Arrival transfer

You have been accepted on a LLASIC course and come from another French university (whatever your level, Bachelor or Master).
Once you have completed your administrative registration at UGA in early July, you can complete the transfer / arrival document of the UGA, have it endorsed by Catherine SIBON and send it to your home university, which will then forward your academic file directly to us.
