Achievements Literature: criticism and creation (LCC)
The "Literature: Criticism and Creation" (LCC) courseoffers students from the Lettres (classical or modern) or double degree (Lettres-Philosophie, Lettres-Histoire de l'art, Lettres-Langues, Lettres-Management) streams, training in French and Francophone literature and culture that combines theory and practice.
The course offers a theoretical approach and reflection:
interpretation and critical gesture
notions of literature, culture, heritage and the media
It offers in-depth knowledge of:
areas of literary specialization (from the Middle Ages through French language, stylistics and poetics to the extreme contemporary and French-language literatures)
cross-cutting issues such as the relationship between literature and the arts, literary creation, the genesis of texts, publishing, etc.
It also offers practical courses in the form of internships, workshops and tutored projects, in the fields of creation, text and manuscript editing, and digital technology applied to the humanities.
This event brought together students, researchers and artists to promote literary translation and to reflect on the issues it raises, particularly the translation of poetry and literary works.
