Ça cinéma" 2023 international graduation film festival
Training, Student life, Culture, Development
Ça Cinéma! meetings, organized on April 20 and 21, 2023 by students in the Licence 3 Arts du spectacle program at Grenoble-Alpes University (Grenoble and Valence), in partnership with LUX Scène nationale de Valence.
The aim of this public event is to showcase films by students from various European film schools and universities.
The program is based on the choices made by students from Valence and Grenoble, who see a large number of study films throughout the academic year. Some films will be presented by the filmmakers themselves, who will answer questions from the audience. Audiences will discover a selection of new films from INSAS (Brussels), HEAD (Geneva), Fémis (Paris), Master DEMC (Paris), Université Paris-8 (Paris), Fresnoy - studio national des Arts contemporains,Université Grenoble Alpes, and more.
Each year, a school or university is given a special spotlight. This year, the University of Paris-1 Panthéon Sorbonne has been chosen for its "Hors-Pistes" productions. Student filmmakers will be presenting their current and future film projects.
Filmmaker Jean-Pierre Limosin was the meeting's patron. He hosted a screening of the restored copy of his feature film Tokyo Eyes (1997) and chatted with students about their films.
